Today we remember all those who faught in WW1 and WW2. Most families have someone or several someones that either lost their lives in defense of their country or were lucky enough to return to those who loved them.
We have quite a few family members on both sides of my family that faught in the wars:

Alfred James Grisdale
John Francis Darlington
Henry Thompson
Thomas H. Thompson
Just to name a few..............
Our family is one of those lucky ones that had them come home.
